Return & Refund Policy of GFXHouse

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can ask refund within 30 days after receiving your purchase request.

To be eligible for a return, you have to ensure the vector files are untouched.  If you gain access in any vector file, we will not issue refund. If you do not like the concept, we will give a revision until you satisfy.

1. General Information

GFXHouse owns and distributes creative digital services We cannot issue full refunds after product delivery or related services have been completed. This refund policy clarifies the case for refunds and the exceptional circumstances that do not qualify our services for a full or partial refund.

2. Refund Reasons

GFXHouse Creative Agency may provide full or partial refunds of products and services in exceptional circumstances. We honor our customers for below reasons –

  • Services are not provided yet.
  • Delivery delay.
  • Unexpected service output.

A. Services Are Not Provided Yet

Customers can request cancellation of services before actual work on the project begins. Users must submit such requests within 3 (three) months from the date of purchase.

B. Delivery Delay

Users can request a refund if GFXHouse team cannot deliver it within a specified time due to unforeseen issues. Note that the project starts after the customer has provided all the information required for service delivery (access certificate, project specification, etc.) Failure to provide such information on time may result in the rejection of the refund request.

C. Unexpected Service Output

Customers must submit such requests within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of project completion. Clients must provide clear evidence that the service provided does not match its description.

3. Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You requested for a service or on which a third party you have appointed.

4. Refund Policy

Full refund: Full refund policy will be issued when the project has not been started or if the initial design style has not been approved. The Full Refund policy will initiate after receiving the upfront payment date and will take 120 Days to refund the amount.

Partial refund: If we fail to deliver the service per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style, partial refund will be applied. The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.

No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server or used in branding, then we will not issue any refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
